SERVICES PRICE LIST.

(As at January, 2024. All prices include GST)

Nardoo Round Bales delivered to your paddock: TBA.

•

Round Bale Ring Hire. $27 per month or part of a month.

•

Pre-paid feedouts (not available to horses in shared paddocks for safety reasons)

$123 per calendar month.

•

Prepaid Rugging. Top rug off and on ONLY (no under rugs). This service is available ONLY in

Small Private Paddocks, Very Small Holding Paddocks and in Stables. The Manager is unable to do

rugging in Large Private and Shared paddocks for safety reasons. $123 per calendar month.

•

Mowing of any paddock $90 per hour.

•

Occasional Care. Each separate request will incur an additional charge of $12 per occasion.

Individual requests may include: a feed-out, a top rug off or on, a dose of oral medication, a fly-veil on

or off, bringing a horse up to a Very Small Paddock for veterinary or hoof care (NOTE that the Manager

CANNOT be asked to stay with the horse for any reason or help with the care), and taking a horse back

to its paddock from the very small holding yard.

Smudging paddocks - to disperse and break up manure, using a tractor and implement - $120 per

hour

PADDOCK PRICE LIST (all prices include GST)

•

Small Private Paddocks: $306 per calendar month. These paddocks are normally available for a

single horse. An additional permitted horse incurs an additional charge of $182 per calendar month.

•

Large Shared Paddocks: $182 per horse per calendar month. Each large shared paddock has a

permitted maximum number of agisted horses, which is determined by the size of the paddock.

Because these paddocks carry horses owned by different people, agistors have little control over which

horses are in the paddock (unless arrangements are made with the administration). Round bales will be

put into large shared paddocks at the discretion of the administration and each agistor will be

automatically charged for their share of the cost of the round bale (and hire of a ring).

•

Large Private Paddocks: An agistor may rent an entire large paddock for their exclusive use.

The Agistor will be required to pay the full cost of the paddock, which is based on the predetermined

maximum number of permitted horses. The Agistor may graze the paddock with any number of horses

up to the predetermined maximum Limit. The Agistor can order Round Bales at their own discretion.

•

To Apartments (Holding Yards): Located behind the stable block and Manager’s shed. Can be

leased for $200 per calendar month or $60 per week..

•

Semi-private (up to two horses) paddocks with their own lockable tack shed - $640 per calendar

month.
